  1. Heat Ventilation and Air Conditioning

 

  •  Designing, Installation and maintenance of air conditioning unit & chiller system (All make of        Window  A/c, Split A/c, Ducted split A/c, Cassette type, Package unit, AHU, FAHU and chillers)

3.  Plumbing and Sanitary:

  •    Installation of Plumbing & Sanitary fitting and maintenance works likes rectifying the malfunction of water closet toilet mechanism,

         broken faucets/valves. Leakages in pantry or bathroom installations i.e. dripping water tap, minor leakages at sink fixtures, checking

         low or no water pressure. Changing connection pipes, changing bottle trap, flush tank servicing, manhole cleaning, and Floor trap and

        drainage blockage cleaning. Changing mixer tap in staff toilets etc.

  •   Complete Installation and Maintenance of Irrigation system.

 

 

4.  Painting and Gypsum & Decor works:

We do Wall treatment (interior and exterior painting, wallpapers), Gypsum Decoration (Gypsum partition, False Ceiling, Bulkhead and Cornice) & Parquet Flooring.

5.  General Maintenance:

  • We undertakes all kinds of maintenance works in Air conditioning, Electricals, Plumbing, Automatic Glass doors, Car Barrier, Garage doors, Maintenance of all kind of Domestic Home Appliance and Industrial Machine and Equipment like Fridge, Washing Machine, Air Conditioner, TV, Kitchen Equipment, Gym Equipment, Treadmill, All Electronics Item and Industrial equipment like VFD, soft starter, CCTV, Capacitor Bank, UPS System, PA System, BGM System, All Type Chiller PCB Programming and repairing, Repairing of all type of PCB, etc.

6.  Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC):

We undertake annual maintenance to the repair of air conditioning problems such as water leakage through ducts, blocked filters cleaning of FCU, flow control valve checking of AHU, damper checking, rectification of any defective minor parts of thermostat and drainage system and attending all emergencies.
